So this part for the 1976 Trans Am padded Dashboard, Is it the entire part used to reinstal into the car or do you have to take the brace off the old dashboard in order to install it?
Pretty much broke my old brace that attaches to the car and im trying to find a replacement.

This is a complete assembly that mounts directly to the car. You will not need the original. This is not just the dash top.
