This loop carpet set is custom die-cut to fit your vehicle precisely, with only minor trimming required for installation. Manufactured in a Raylon material designed to mimic the appearance of the 80/20 loop commonly used in classic American-made vehicles. Raylon is a re-formulated modern material that is less prone to fray and provides for greater durability than the original.
Details:
- This Loop material is composed of 100% 6,6 Nylon yarn called Raylon.
- Tufted to a 1/8 gauge, Raylon Loop contains 20 ounces of yarn per square yard.
- Features color-keyed heel pad, dielectrically heat sealed to the carpet.
- Features standard backing and a thick 36 oz. jute padding attached to the underside of the carpet.
- Due to variations in factory interior options minor trimming may be required for proper fit.
