From what I'm reading, these spindle can replace the factory 6 or 8 cylinder drum brake spindle on an 1963 falcon. All I need to get are brake pads, calipers and everything thing Elsa.

Yes these are spindles only. To fully convert you will need calipers, rotors, bearings, brake lines, and other steering connectors. As long as you have the same designed spindles, you will be good to go.
