Reproduction of the passenger side lower rear cab corner sheet metal patch panel for 1988-98 Chevrolet and GMC extended cab trucks with a third door. Replaces the lower rear section of the cab on the right hand (passenger side) behind the rear door. Comes with black EDP coating for rust and corrosion protection.

^⁕ Many sheet metal products are delivered with a black electrophoretically deposited coating (EDP, or E-coat) for superior long-term corrosion protection, while others use a similar lacquer-based coating designed to provide protection for storage and shipping. Before installation, Classic Industries® recommends applying lacquer thinner with a shop towel to determine the type of coating. If the coating is removed by lacquer thinner, then it should be completely stripped from the product before any primer or paint is applied. If the lacquer thinner does not remove the EDP coating, it can simply be prepped, primed and painted without stripping.
